	Value - What benefits will the product bring to your business? Contrast those benefits with the product costs. A basic cost/benefits analysis for each product under consideration can provide a side-by-side comparison that will help you make the right choice.
	Return On Investment - How long will it take for the product to pay for itself? In today's competitive market, a realistic payback period is 12 to 18 months. In other words, within this timeframe, the Dealer Management System should improve your operational efficiency to the point where you are saving on an annual basis as much as you paid for the product.
	Feature Set - Will the product meet your needs, both today and in the future? Look for a feature set that meets at least 80 to 90 percent of your requirements.
	Efficient Data Entry - When it's time to enter a sale, or a new customer, or several new products, how quickly can these tasks be accomplished? Is it easy for a user to perform multiple tasks at once? After all, one of the major benefits of Windows is the ability to multi-task.
